parkrun
parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. It is 5 kilometres long and takes place every Saturday morning at 9 o’clock. There are hundreds of venues throughout the UK and abroad. There is no time limit, and no one finishes last.
Once a month, FTC chooses a parkrun, and we run as a team. The table shows the parkruns that we have chosen.
If you are new to parkrun, you can join by clicking on this link – https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/. Please register Farnham Triathlon Club as your club as this will show up in the results.
In the event of our chosen parkrun is cancelled we will run the following week at the same venue. If that Parkrun is also cancelled, then we will go on to the next planned parkrun. Any changes will be on Spond so please keep an eye on that.

Southern Counties Cross Country League
Please see below for the date information we have so far for the cross-country league. For anyone new to the club these are really fun events, we need at least 4 women and 4 men to score so please come along and support your club. Your running time doesn’t matter its numbers which count!
