Triathlon Training

Training sessions are held regularly in all of the three disciplines involved in triathlon but fitness levels do not matter. After all we all have to start somewhere.

The club has three senior BTF Level 3 coaches, four Level 2 coaches and a team of assistant coaches with Level 1 qualifications. A number of these coaches are currently working towards the next Level. The aims is to offer swim, cycle and run and training sessions once a week, these will cover all aspects.

The club also runs numerous events including socials where club members can meet up. We also have more energetic events for members and guests such as time trials, swim-run aquathlons and bike-run duathlons to keep us on the ball both between races and out of season. We have a number of key races that we return to en masse each year such as Hart Sprint Triathlon and the National Team Triathlon Championship.
